For Reflection and Discussion:
1. It sometimes takes fasting to be able to slow down and really hear the voice of God calming our fears. Fasting is more than going without food. What else are you willing to try to be able to focus and find peace?
2. Fear is an interesting emotion. It can be crippling, but it can also be motivating. Can courage even exist without fear? What are some ways you could use your fears to galvanize you into action?
