Sabbath School Resources
From the United States: “Thank you for the creative and practical perspectives in Contemporary Comments. Oftentimes we view biblical life as something distant/far and away and not pertaining to real life examples. But the reality is that the characters in the Bible had real life emotions and situations as you and I do today. I appreciate how the lesson was portrayed in "Jacob's Christmas Letter to Home" [December 16]. It brought a tickle to my throat, and a smile to my face.”
From England: “Thanks, this [Contemporary Comments edition] is great. May I take this time to thank you so much for the wonderful lessons I have received throughout this year, you are all doing a GREAT job. God bless you abundantly more than you can ever ask or imagine.”
Worldwide more than 4,000 people receive Contemporary Comments (CC), the weekly Sabbath School lesson study guide that connects the adult Bible study lesson to today’s headlines and issues. We have had reports that people are using it as newsletter content and for personal devotions. In the New Year, we’re going expanding the distribution of Contemporary Comments by PodCast. Sign up for an email reminder when CC is posted on our Web site.
