Center for Metro Ministry Welcomes Fellow
.
On June 5 and 6, 21 people participated in the first annual meeting of the Fellows for the Center for Metro Ministry (CMM). Located on the campus of Columbia Union College, the Center has invited 30 individuals to be Fellows, the brain trust that will help the Center stay on the cutting edge of research and best practices in urban ministry within the Adventist Church. “It was one of the most exciting meetings I’ve attended,” states Dr. Gaspar Colon, director of the Center. The criteria for an individual to be invited to become a Fellow included advanced study in urban ministry or demonstrated best practices in projects based in urban areas.
