New Millennial Church Plant
Net Community Fellowship is an innovative church plant made up largely of young adults and teens, an "unchurchy" church, says Pastor Joe Follette. Attendance is average about 30 and the worship style is decidedly contemporary. The church plant is sponsored by New Life SDA Church in the South Central Conference, but Follette is a bi-vocational pastor employed as a family counselor on the staff of Oakwood University.
Joe is looking for one or two couples to join he and his wife on the pastoral team—people who can support themselves through a profession or occupation while answering the call to innovative ministry. Please help me find some possible candidates for him. He wants the congregation to be multicultural, so he would like to find possible team members of any ethnic background.
This is a real opportunity for someone whom God is calling to reach the Millennial generation. Do you know a person/couple who might be interested? If so, please call Pastor Joe on his cell phone at 256-65x1-8729. Or, send the name and contact information to the Center for Creative Ministry so we can pass it on to him. This creative, new ministry also needs prayer partners and supporters. If you want to find out more, go to their web site: www.lovingthenet.com
